While I was browsing Facebook last night I came across this recipe and decided to try it! It looked simple, just 5 ingredients, and healthy. These muffins have all natural ingredients, no sugar, no flour, and no oil. So could they really taste good?! Yes, to my surprise, they were delicious (especially warm). Simply mix 5 ingredients in your blender and pour into muffin tins, then top with your favorite ingredients. You could use dark chocolate chunks, carob chips, nuts, or raisins. As you can see, I pushed a chocolate star into the top of each of mine before baking since I was out of chocolate chips.
I just love recipes that are quick, easy, and healthy. This recipe is a protein shake in a muffin!
